Policies
Deposits: a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be collected on bus, van, and limousine trips.
Advance billing: bus and limousine trips will be billed in full 10 days prior to pickup date.
Cancellation: refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the pickup time for sedans and SUVs; 48 hours for vans; 14 days for limousines, and 45 days for buses.
Damage to vehicles: client is responsible for any damage they cause to vehicles. The full cost of repair will be charged to client’s credit card. A fee of $200 will be charged for excessive messes caused in the vehicle by client.
Liability: Columbus Coach is not liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to: inclement weather, road conditions, and breakdowns. Columbus Coach assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in vehicles. Columbus Coach does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in our vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
