We are most appreciative of the service provided by Columbus Coach from the scheduling to our safe return home. Stacia Nicely who handled our scheduling was courteous, responsive, and listened to understand our needs. When we needed to make a change in vehicles, she worked with us to make it happen. The text notification service about the driver and arrival status kept us informed of our trip status, the process for handling concerns, and made me (trip coordinator) confident in your service. I cannot say enough about how much our group valued the driver, Donald. He was courteous, responsive, an excellent driver. We appreciated his willingness to adjust the timing of our 1 stop. He knew the travel route and congestion patterns; consequently, he knew how to navigate effectively which minimized our delays and prevented us from getting frustrated. Given we were headed to a funeral service, getting there in a timely matter was important to us. We arrived there and back home in a timely manner because of his ability to navigate the congestions. Most importantly, we arrived at both of our destinations safely. The reviews for our trip have been favorable by all who attended. This morning’s text messages were a request for another more fun trip with your company and Donald as the driver!  I have shared our trip and a picture of your motor coach on my personal Facebook page. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for getting our shuttle needs booked for this past Tuesday. We had your sister, Kathy, as our driver and she was wonderful. Very prompt and professional and very personable. It was an iffy weather day and luckily all our plans worked out- but she was on call in case something changed and I greatly appreciated that. I plan on requesting her for our next outing!

Good morning. Our Marietta trip was awesome. Our driver, KB, did a great job and we would love to have him again this week for our Columbus trip.

I hope this note finds you well. I wanted to reach out and share with you that your driver, Amy, did an absolutely fantastic job for us on Tuesday. My team regularly hosts a variety of companies and their leadership teams who are visiting Columbus from all over the world. These clients (and us) have high standards for executing these visits and often times are make/break opportunities on whether those companies decide to relocate or make new investments and create jobs in our region.

This was my first time having Amy as a driver on one of these visits. The team we hosted was very large, demanding, messy, and operated well outside our anticipated schedule. She was incredibly detail-oriented, responsive, engaging, flexible and professional. She considered a couple of things based on previous experiences with us that I had forgotten or not thought through – it was like having an extension of our team as a driver. She even shared some insider conversations they had about the visit when she took them back to their hotel (about an hour and a half after she expected).

Most of all, I was impressed with your driver. On the last route of the evening everyone was able to get on safely and get to their destination with no problems. At 11pm at night everyone was very drunk, so I appreciated your driver’s patience.
